Monday, January 26th, 2009These images were taken at a pro-Gaza rally held in Dublin on 3rd January 2009. They show a man and his children in military uniform, and the man’s symbolic attempt to set himself on fire.
Many people were offended or upset with children in military uniforms, but while his fellow countrymen did not agree with his approach, they did try to help him. Apparently, his brother and several other relatives had been killed in Gaza.
